A welcome return to active service for Agent Percy. Percy has been undercover for a while but now returns to front-line service with the Soul Agents. Known for his siren-sharp keyboard work, "Handcuffs" is happy to be back underpinning the brass section of the band and generally helping to make the sound more "arresting".
